Epson — Global Brand & Product Experience
Visual Systems | Information Design | Print & Digital | Production Design
Project Overview
Epson's global product launches required customers to quickly understand, set up, and use their printers across a wide range of markets and languages. This work focused on transforming complex product information into clear, intuitive visual experiences that could scale across product families, channels, and international markets.
Working across instructional guides, technical illustrations, launch materials, and digital assets, I developed visual systems that balanced brand consistency, usability, and production efficiency while supporting a global customer experience.
Role
Senior Graphic Designer
I led the design and production of global product support and launch materials, translating complex technical information into accessible visual communication. I redesigned Start Here guides, developed instructional graphics and illustrations, and created production-ready assets supporting product launches across multiple markets and languages.
I also helped establish scalable templates and standardized visual systems that allowed creative teams to produce high volumes of consistent materials more efficiently. The work required close attention to visual hierarchy, information architecture, typography, localization, and production requirements across both print and digital environments.
